Required products :

  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 4 chicken fillets
  • salt and pepper
  • 1 small onion, cut into small cubes
  • 1 crushed garlic clove
  • 450 grams of pasta (of your choice)
  • 2.5 teaspoons chicken broth
  • 40 grams of chopped tomatoes (canned)
  • 1 tablespoon grated mozzarella
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 tablespoon mix of herbs and spices (oregano, basil, garlic, onion, savory, lemongrass)
  • 4 tablespoons chopped spinach


Method of preparation :

Pour olive oil into a pan, heat it over medium heat and put the fillets in it. Season them with salt and ground black pepper and let them cook for 3-4 minutes on each side (until a golden crust forms), then remove to a plate.

 

In the same pan pour onions, garlic, fry them for 3 minutes.

 

Then add the pasta, chopped tomatoes and pour the broth over everything. Close the pan with a lid and simmer on low heat for about 15 minutes, stirring occasionally. Meanwhile, add the spinach and spices.

 

Arrange the chicken on top of the pasta, sprinkle with grated cheese and leave the dish under a lid for 10-15 minutes.

 

 

When the parmesan and mozzarella are melted, turn off the stove and the dish is ready to serve.
