How To Cook Chicken Fillet With Potatoes And Melted Cheese - Recipe

Required products :

  • 500 grams of chicken fillet
  • 3 large onions
  • 4 medium-sized potatoes
  • 3 eggs
  • 200-300 grams of melted cheese
  • 1/2 cup yogurt (natural without additives or sour cream)
  • bunch fresh dill, freshly ground black pepper, salt

 

Method of preparation :

Cover the bottom of an oiled pan with a row of peeled potato rings.

 

Next is the onion, cut into semicircles.

 

On it - small pieces of fillet, which you season with salt and pepper.

 

In a blender, mix the sour cream / yogurt, melted cheese and eggs.

 

Pour this mixture over the chicken, level the surface.

 

Place the dish in a hot oven and bake the dish until golden brown. Sprinkle with chopped dill, just before it is completely done.
