  • 7 potatoes
  • 1 carrot
  • pepper

  • 3 tomatoes
  • 125 grams of mayonnaise
  • 200 grams of sour cream


Method of preparation :

Peel and wash the potatoes, cut them into pieces.

Cover the bottom of a deep pan with a sheet of foil, grease with oil and distribute the potatoes evenly. Drizzle them with vegetable oil, add salt and put the sliced ​​mushrooms on them.
