Learn how to cook "Chicken fillet with pumpkin in cream sauce in the oven". Delicious recipe.
Required products :
about 1 kg of cleaned and sliced pumpkin
about 600 grams of chicken fillet, cut into equal pieces
2-3 tablespoons olive oil
1/2 lemon
thyme or other spices and herbs to your taste
salt and ground black pepper to taste
500 grams of cooking cream
1 tea glass of white wine (you can replace it with vegetable or chicken broth, or just water)
2 cloves garlic
Method of preparation :
Preheat oven to 200 degrees.
Season the fillet with salt and ground black pepper, sprinkle with the juice of 1/2 lemon, olive oil and rub with a clove of garlic. Stir and let the meat absorb the flavors and aromas.
Do the same with the pumpkin pieces, but arrange them in a pan and then sprinkle with spices and sprinkle with olive oil and lemon juice. Immediately place in the oven and bake until semi-cooked, about 30 minutes, until golden brown.
The exact time depends on the size of the pieces, the pumpkin itself and your oven.
Then add the chicken, pour the wine and pour the cream over everything. Return to the oven and let the dish cook for 20 minutes (or until the products are fully cooked).
