Required products :

  • 300 grams of chicken fillet
  • 100 grams of rice
  • 1-2 tablespoons curry sauce
  • 1-2 teaspoons curry powder
  • 1-2 tablespoons melted butter or other fat of your choice

Method of preparation :

Cut the meat into cubes with a side of about a centimeter, put them in a bowl, add the curry (and sauce and dry spice), stir and store for an hour in the refrigerator.

 

Then fry the bites in hot fat.

 

Once they turn red, pour the rice over them and let the products cook until each grain is soaked in oil. 

 

Add salt, pour hot water, close the pan with a lid and let the combination simmer for a few minutes and remove the lid. Leave the dish on the stove until the rice is ready.
