Required products :
200 grams of rice (long grain)
1 onion
1 carrot
1 clove garlic
1 tablespoon chopped fresh parsley
1 tablespoon vegetable oil
2 pieces chicken fillet
300 milliliters tomato juice
1/2 cube dry chicken broth
100 milliliters water
100 grams frozen peas
black
salt
Method of preparation :
Boil the rice until ready.
Peel onions and carrots, cut them into large pieces. Peel a clove of garlic. Fry the vegetables prepared in this way in hot oil for 7-8 minutes. Then add the diced fillet to them and let it cook until it turns white. Once this is done, pour the tomato juice and water, add the crushed dry broth and parsley.
Close the pan with a lid and let the dish simmer for about 15 minutes. Then pour the peas into the bowl and 3 minutes later add the rice.
Season to taste, stir and serve.
