How To Cook Chicken Fillet With Rosemary, Garlic And Lemon - Recipe

Learn how to cook "Chicken fillet with rosemary, garlic and lemon". Delicious recipe.

Required products :

  • 3 cloves garlic, pressed
  • 3 tablespoons fresh rosemary, finely chopped
  • 2 tablespoons freshly squeezed lemon juice
  • 6 tablespoons cold pressed olive oil
  • salt and freshly ground black pepper
  • 4 pieces of chicken breast, cut lengthwise in half
  • 2 tablespoons butter

Method of preparation :

  • In a large bowl, combine the garlic, rosemary, lemon juice and olive oil.
  • Season with salt and freshly ground black pepper and mix well. Transfer half of the mixture to a small bowl.
  • In the large bowl, add the chicken fillets and stir to taste.
  • Melt the butter in a large non-stick skillet over medium heat.
  • Fry the chicken fillets for 3-4 minutes until golden brown, turn and cook for another 2-3 minutes.
  • Spread them on a plate and sprinkle with the remaining garlic mixture.
  • Garnish the chicken breasts with lemon slices and serve with a salad of your choice.
