Necessary products

  • 400 grams of chicken fillets
  • 1 can (400 grams) peeled and sliced ​​tomatoes
  • 1 tablespoon tomato paste
  • 1 tablespoon Worcester sauce
  • 1 chopped onion
  • 1 pepper, cleaned of seeds and finely chopped
  • 1 zucchini, cut into small cubes
  • 2-3 sprigs of rosemary
  • 2 minced garlic cloves
  • 2 tablespoons oil
  • 1 tablespoon vinegar
  • black pepper to taste

 

Method of preparation

Arrange the chicken fillets in a large microwave-safe dish. Sprinkle with oil, rosemary and a little black pepper. Cover the dish with a lid or cling film, leaving a small hole. Cook in the microwave for 2 minutes on high power. Remove the pan, turn the chicken over, cover again. Run for another 1-2 minutes.

Remove the pan from the microwave and remove the chicken from it. Add onion and garlic to the dish and cook on high power for 2 minutes. Pour the chopped peppers and zucchini and mix all the ingredients. Cook for another 2-3 minutes.

Pour in the chopped tomatoes, mashed potatoes, Worcestershire sauce and vinegar. Stir well.

Return the chicken to the pan. Cover the dish with cling film and run for 5-6 minutes on high power, or until the chicken and vegetables are completely cooked.
