Required products :
300 grams of chicken fillet
30 grams of tomato paste
50 milliliters of oil
1 tomato
2 sweet peppers
1 onion
2 cubes of chicken broth
100 milliliters of water
Method of preparation :
Peel an onion, cut it and fry it in hot oil for about 3 minutes.
Wash the fillet, cut into small pieces and add to the onion.
Three minutes later, stir and let the meat fry for another 5 minutes on medium heat.
Peel a squash, grate it and chop it finely. Pour them into the pan with the other products and after 3 minutes mix everything.
It's time for the chopped tomato (you can peel it in advance), the tomato puree. Stir.
Then pour the water, put the broth cubes.
Let the dish simmer under a lid on low heat for 20 minutes.
