How To Cook Chicken Fillet With Yellow Cheese And Mayonnaise - Recipe

Required products :

  • 4 chicken breasts, halved
  • 1 teaspoon mayonnaise
  • 1/2 cup grated yellow cheese
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • fresh parsley, finely chopped
Method of preparation :
  • Preheat oven to 180 degrees.
  • In a medium bowl, mix the mayonnaise with the yellow cheese and spices. Stir well.
  • Dry the chicken breasts with kitchen paper and arrange them tightly in a tray of suitable size.
  • Spread the mayonnaise mixture on top, making sure the fillet is completely covered.
  • Bake for about 45 minutes until golden brown.
  • Serve the tender chicken fillets warm, sprinkled with fresh parsley and garnished with your choice.
