How To Cook Chicken Fricassee With Mushrooms And Baked Potatoes - Recipe

Required products (1 serving) :

100 grams of chicken fillet
30 grams of mushrooms
30 grams of flour
1 tablespoon finely chopped onion
3 tablespoons cooking cream for the meat + the same amount for the garnish
2 teaspoons oil
130 grams potatoes
1 tablespoon grated cheese
salt and ground black pepper to taste a
little Worcestershire sauce
pickles and a few pickled cherry tomatoes for garnish with
parsley or other green spices to serve

Method of preparation :

Wash mushrooms and vegetables under running water, boil the potatoes and cut the meat into small cubes.

 

Cut the mushrooms into tiles, onions - into small pieces, potatoes - into circles about 5 millimeters thick.

 

Season the meat with salt and ground black pepper, sprinkle with flour and mix thoroughly to cover all the pieces.

 

Fry the chicken on all sides until almost completely cooked, then add the mushrooms and onions. Let everything cook until the meat is fully cooked.

 

Then pour the cream, sauce and wait for the mixture to thicken a bit.

 

Bake the potatoes in a pan in which you pour part of the cream, season with salt and ground black pepper to taste.

 

Then sprinkle with grated cheese and bake in the oven at 180 degrees for 15 minutes.

 

Take them out on a plate, put the fricassee and decorate with pieces of pickles and pickled tomatoes.

 

Sprinkle the dish with chopped fresh parsley and serve.
