How To Cook Chicken Heart In Tomato Sauce With Onions And Carrots - Recipe

Required products :

400 grams of chicken heart

1 carrot

1 onion

1 tablespoon tomato paste

1/2 teaspoon water

a pinch of saffron

pinch of ground black pepper

salt to taste

frying fat (become tastier, fried in lard)

 

Method of preparation :

Wash the chicken hearts with cold water and fry them in hot fat until golden brown. Then add finely chopped onions, season with salt and other spices of your choice if desired. Grate a carrot and pour it over the other products in the pan.

Let everything simmer for 5 - 7 minutes.

Dissolve the tomato puree in the water and pour over the heart with the vegetables. Put a pinch of saffron, close the dish with a lid and let the dish simmer until low heat. After about 20 - 25 minutes you can turn off the stove.

These hearts in tomato sauce go perfectly with pasta, buckwheat, rice and other side dishes.
