Required products :

500 grams of chicken heart
3-4 fresh tomatoes or 2 tablespoons tomato paste
2 sweet peppers
1 medium onion
1 medium carrot
2 cloves garlic
salt, ground black pepper and other spices to taste

250 grams of pasta
100 grams of yellow cheese

Method of preparation :

First prepare the vegetables: peel the onion, cut it into semicircles, the peppers - into thin strips, grate the carrot with a coarse grater, and crush the garlic.

Wash the hearts well, clean them of excess fat and clots, dry. Then fry them in hot oil, gradually adding the vegetables in this order: onions, carrots, peppers, garlic.

When the garlic gives off its flavor, add the peeled and sliced tomatoes or a little tomato paste. Add salt to taste, add a pinch of sugar, pour 1.5-2 teaspoons of water and let the products simmer until ready (about 40 minutes are needed for the heart to soften). You can add 1 bay leaf if desired.

Boil the pasta until semi-finished and pour them over the already prepared hearts. Let them simmer together for a few more minutes so that the pasta can absorb the vegetable sauce and cook completely.

Sprinkle the dish with grated yellow cheese and then serve.

Enjoy your meal!
