Required products :

300 grams of chicken heart
1.5 teaspoons long grain rice
2 cloves garlic
1 onion
1 carrot
1 small eggplant
1 sweet pepper
1 tomato
salt and ground black pepper to taste a
little oil

Method of preparation :

Boil the hearts in a large amount of salted water to taste and remove them to a plate. Save the broth.
Finely chop the garlic cloves and fry them in hot oil until garlic appears. Then add the carrots, onions, eggplant and peppers, cut into thin straws. Fry them together for about 3 minutes, then put in a bowl and cut into small pieces of tomato.
A few minutes later add the heart (also chopped) and season with salt and ground black pepper.
Pour the broth, it should cover the vegetables.
It's time for well-washed rice.
Close the pan with a lid and let the dish cook on high heat for 3 minutes. Then reduce the temperature to medium, and 7 minutes later - to a minimum.
If necessary, add a little broth during cooking, but only after the one in the pan is completely absorbed by the rice.
