Wash and dry the hearts thoroughly. Put them in a pan with oil, add salt, pepper and fry under a closed lid, stirring occasionally.
Meanwhile, cut the onion into cubes and fry it until golden in a separate pan. Add it to the hearts, reduce the heat and simmer for about 30 minutes. If necessary, pour 200 milliliters of water or broth.
Make the sauce. Wash and dry the parsley and dill, chop them finely and mix them with the cream. Add the crushed garlic and stir. In a separate bowl, cut the melted cheese into large pieces.
When the liquid in the bowl with the hearts has almost evaporated, add the melted cheese to them. Mix well and pour the cream with the spices. Allow the dish to cook over low heat until it thickens. If necessary, add more salt.
