Required products :

  • olive oil
  • 500 grams of diced chicken breast
  • 2 red potatoes, thinly sliced
  • 1 small zucchini, cut into circles
  • small onion, chopped
  • 1-2 teaspoons spice for meat of choice
  • 1/2 cup chicken broth
  • 1 can of 400 grams of tomatoes
  • 10 basil leaves cut into thin strips
  • 1 teaspoon oregano
  • 1/2 cup mozzarella, grated (or yellow cheese)

Method of preparation :

Cook the chicken in a little fat, seasoned with salt and pepper (choose a pan in which you can later bake the dish in the oven). Transfer to a plate.

Add a little olive oil, add the potatoes, onions and meat seasoning. Cook them until they start to brown.

Pour the broth and arrange the zucchini on top of the potatoes. Then cover with the meat, pour the tomatoes and sprinkle with oregano and basil.

Sprinkle with the yellow cheese and bake until the yellow cheese melts and gets a crispy crust.
