garlic salt to taste a
mixture of several freshly ground pepper
50-60 milliliters of oil

Method of preparation :

If you use thighs, you can cut the bone at the bottom. An option is to cut a whole chicken into portions.

Cut the onion into small cubes and fry it in the hot fat, adding the red pepper.
Fry for about 2-2.5 minutes on high heat, stirring constantly.

Then place the legs, making room between the onions. Let fry for 2-3 minutes on one side and turn on the other.

Sprinkle with all the spices and leave to cook for 5-6 minutes, stirring and turning so that the legs are covered on all sides with the sauce.

Pour about half a teaspoon of water. When it boils, close the pan with a lid and let the dish cook on low heat for about 10 minutes.
Then turn off the stove, but do not remove the pan from it for another 5-7 minutes.

Serve the legs with a garnish of your choice.

Enjoy your meal!
