How To Cook Chicken In Tomato Sauce With Boiled Potatoes - Recipe

Required products :

600 grams of chicken fillet (4 pieces of 150 grams)
1 tablespoon olive oil
salt and pepper to taste
8 pieces of cheese
8 pieces of ham
1/2 bunch dill
800 grams of potatoes
400 milliliters of tomato sauce

Method of preparation :

Wash and dry the fillet, fry each piece on both sides for about 5 minutes at a moderate temperature. Then make an incision on each fillet to get as a "pocket", which rub with salt and ground black pepper.
Put a piece of cheese in each cut and wrap the meat in the pieces of ham.
Wash and finely chop the dill.
Wash the potatoes, peel them and cut into quarters. Put them in boiling salted water, boil them until ready. Drain the water and sprinkle the potatoes with the chopped dill.
Preheat oven to 180 degrees.
Pour 1/3 of the tomato sauce into a suitable baking dish. Put the meat and place the dish in the oven for 15 minutes. Then take out and put another piece of cheese on each piece. Bake for another 15 minutes.
Serve the dish with boiled potatoes.
