Necessary products:

1 chicken

1 onion

1 zucchini

1 eggplant

1 large carrot

1 red pepper

250 ml grated tomatoes

150 ml of white wine

50 g flour

2 tsp sugar

3 cloves garlic

1/4 tsp chili pepper

1 tsp red pepper

parsley

pepper

Bay leaf

Method of preparation:

Cut the zucchini and eggplant into small cubes, sprinkle with sugar and let the water run. Finely chop the onion, carrot, garlic and pepper. Cut the chicken into portions, salt and roll each in flour. Fry until golden brown and arrange on a plate. Drain the excess liquid from the eggplant and zucchini, fry them for 3-4 minutes and remove to a plate. Fry the onion and garlic until golden, add the wine and leave to simmer until 1/3 of the liquid has evaporated. Add the grated tomatoes, sugar, spicy sauce, salt, bay leaf, chili pepper, paprika and meat. Close the pan with a lid and after the dish boils, reduce the heat. Let it simmer until semi-finished. Add the vegetables, mix gently and cover with a lid. Allow the meat to cook until fully cooked.

Before serving, sprinkle with chopped parsley, you can combine with rice or potatoes.
