100 grams of ham
1 carrot
1 onion
50 grams of canned peas
50 grams of canned corn
12 grams of gelatin (leaves)
1/2 small lemon
salt to taste

Method of preparation :

Boil the chicken legs together with the peeled carrots and onions (all products are put whole).

Remove the meat and allow the broth to cool. Take out the onion too, you won't need it anymore. Strain 500 milliliters of liquid.

Cut the boiled carrot and ham into small cubes. Prepare the corn and peas.

Bone the legs, cut the meat into small pieces.

Squeeze the lemon juice and add it to the broth.

Pour gelatin (you can also use powder) with cold water for 10 minutes, drain the liquid and put in the warmed broth. Stir until the leaves are completely dissolved and allow the mixture to cool.

Pour the vegetables, pieces of meat and ham into a suitable container, pour the broth and mix everything well.

Then transfer the mixture to a suitable form (you can use for cake, pudding and others) and store in the refrigerator for at least one night.

Before serving, turn the jelly over on a flat dish and remove the form.

Enjoy your meal!
