Cut the chicken fillet into thin juliennes and season with salt, pepper, paprika and curry. Stir and sprinkle in the breadcrumbs. Heat the butter and saute the meat.
Cut the pineapple slices into cubes, add to the chicken and add the chopped pepper. Stew the dish over low heat for 10 minutes, cool and serve, garnished with sprigs of fresh parsley.
