How To Cook Chicken Juliennes In Butter With Pineapple And Curry - Recipe

Necessary products:

 

  • 500 grams of chicken fillet
  • salt, pepper
  • 60 grams of butter
  • 2 tablespoons finely ground breadcrumbs
  • 3 slices of canned pineapple
  • hot pepper, finely chopped
  • 5 grams of curry powder
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • parsley for decoration

 

Method of preparation:

 

Cut the chicken fillet into thin juliennes and season with salt, pepper, paprika and curry. Stir and sprinkle in the breadcrumbs. Heat the butter and saute the meat.

Cut the pineapple slices into cubes, add to the chicken and add the chopped pepper. Stew the dish over low heat for 10 minutes, cool and serve, garnished with sprigs of fresh parsley.
