Necessary products:

  • chicken legs
  • eggplants
  • through - onions

for the sauce:

  • cream
  • soft cheese
  • salt to taste
  • black pepper - to taste
  • basil, thyme - to taste
  • garlic, nutmeg
  • 1/2 cup white dry wine
  • frying oil

Method of preparation:

Bone the legs in advance. Cut the aubergines into thin slices, salt them and sprinkle with black pepper. Make a mixture of cream and soft cheese of your choice (an idea to make your own: cottage cheese, natural fresh Philadelphia cheese, olives, paprika, black pepper, green spices). Season the meat (salt, pepper, thyme). Coat the foil with olive oil, put the eggplant on it, then the meat, then the mixture with cheese and finally basil. Then roll it all up and bake for 1 hour in an oven at 170 degrees.

Let's deal with the sauce:

Cut leeks and 1 clove of garlic and fry them in oil, season with salt and pepper. Grind nutmeg and a little thyme. Pour half a glass of dry white wine and bring to a boil. Add the cream, season with saffron, bring to the boil and the sauce is ready.

Remove the foil from the oven, unfold it, cut the dish beautifully and serve with the sauce.
