How To Cook Chicken Legs Baked With Bread, Onion, Rosemary And Garlic - Recipe

Required products :

  • 6 chicken legs
  • 3 onions
  • 200 grams of bread
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 2 grains of allspice
  • pepper
  • left
  • rosemary stalk
  • 4 cloves garlic

 

Method of preparation :

Finely chop the rosemary and garlic. Mix them and add allspice, pepper and olive oil.

Put the chicken in this marinade and leave for about a quarter of an hour.

Cut the three onions into slices and break the bread into pieces.

In a lightly greased form, first put the bread, on it the legs and pour the marinade. Bake for 20 minutes at an oven temperature of 190 degrees.

Then remove the pan from the appliance, spread the onion slices on and under the chicken and return the dish to the oven for another 20-25 minutes, reducing the temperature to 1180 degrees.

The legs with bread and onions are ready.
