How To Cook Chicken Legs In A Pan With Onions And Turmeric In Sauce - Recipe

Required products :

  • 800 grams of chicken legs
  • 1 carrot
  • 1 onion
  • 2 tablespoons ketchup or tomato sauce
  • 1 tablespoon mayonnaise
  • 2 pinches of turmeric
  • a pinch of black pepper
  • salt to taste
  • other spices, including green, optional
  • 50 milliliters of oil


Method of preparation :

Thaw the legs in advance if you are not using chilled ones. Wash and dry them.

 

Put in a bowl, sprinkle with turmeric and other spices of your choice and taste. Stir.
