Thaw the legs in advance if you are not using chilled ones. Wash and dry them.
Put in a bowl, sprinkle with turmeric and other spices of your choice and taste. Stir.
Peeled onion cut into semicircles, carrots grate.
Fry the vegetables in a small amount of hot oil until soft. Stir during this time.
Then arrange the legs on them and let them cook for 7 minutes on each side.
Mix the tomato sauce with the mayonnaise and pour a little water. Pour over the chicken, covering the sauce halfway.
Close the pan with a lid and let the dish simmer for 30-40 minutes on low heat, during which time turn the meat several times.
