How To Cook Chicken Legs Stewed With Peppers, Garlic And Soy Sauce - Recipe

Learn how to cook "Chicken legs stewed with peppers, garlic and soy sauce". Delicious recipe.

Required products :

  • 2 chicken legs
  • 1 large onion
  • 2-3 cloves of garlic
  • 1 large sweet pepper or 2-3 small ones
  • 1 tablespoon oil
  • 1/2 tablespoon mix of different types of ground pepper
  • 100 milliliters of soy sauce

Method of preparation :

First wash the legs and dry them. Then put in a deep bowl, generously season with a mixture of pepper and pour soy sauce. Stir, rubbing the marinade into the meat, cover the dish with cling film and refrigerate for an hour or two or as long as you decide (of course, the longer it stays, the better).

Remove the legs from the marinade (keep it), put them in a pan with a spoonful of hot oil and fry on both sides over high heat.

Meanwhile, chop the onion, pepper and garlic. First pour the onion and garlic over the chicken, and after a while add the pepper. When lightly fried, pour the marinade over the legs and vegetables, reduce the heat and simmer under a lid for 15-20 minutes.

The result is fragrant and juicy.

Have a good time!
