How To Cook Chicken Legs With Baby Potatoes And Vegetables - Recipe

Required products :

  • 10 small potatoes
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 4 lower chicken legs
  • 6 cloves garlic
  • 2 small red onions
  • 1 large red pepper
  • 1 tablespoon fresh rosemary (chopped)
  • 2 sprigs of rosemary
  • 4 carrots

Required products :

Wash the potatoes and put them in the microwave for 10 minutes at maximum. Once they have cooled, so that you can hold them with your hands, cut them in half.

Meanwhile, heat 1 tablespoon of olive oil. Season the legs with salt and pepper and cook them in the pan until the skin is brown and crispy - for about 8-10 minutes. Transfer them to a plate.

Cut the vegetables into large pieces. Heat the remaining 1 tablespoon of olive oil and put them in the pan together with the chopped rosemary, fry for 2 minutes. Add the potatoes and carrots, already chopped, season with salt and pepper, stir.

Add the chicken to the pan among the vegetables. Put the sprigs of rosemary and bake the dish in the oven for 30-35 minutes at 200 degrees.
