How To Cook Chicken Legs With Cherry Tomatoes And Zucchini - Recipe

Required products :

  • 1 kg of chicken upper legs
  • 1 large zucchini, cut into crescents
  • 200 grams of cherry tomatoes
  • parmesan and basil to serve

for marinating meat:

  • 1/4 teaspoon olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons balsamic vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard

Method of preparation :

Prepare the marinade by mixing olive oil, balsamic vinegar and mustard. Dip the legs into the mixture, and let them soak in the marinade for 30 minutes to 4 hours in the refrigerator.

Heat 2 tablespoons olive oil in a pan with a fireproof handle. Remove the meat from the sauce in which you marinated it and season it with salt and pepper. Fry it in the pan for about 6 minutes on the side.

Sprinkle the zucchini and tomatoes around the meat, season the vegetables and transfer the dish to bake in a preheated 220 degree oven for about 15 minutes.
