Learn how to cook "Chicken legs with eggplant in soy marinade". Delicious recipe.
Necessary products:
8 chicken legs (maybe breast or wings)
1 large eggplant or 2 less (you can use frozen)
3-4 cloves of garlic
1 tsp sesame oil (optional)
100 ml soy sauce
2 tsp sugar
1/4 tsp ground chili
salt and ground black pepper to taste
Method of preparation:
Mix soy sauce, sesame oil, sugar, chili, crushed garlic, salt and pepper. Cut the eggplant into cubes and put it together with the legs in a large bowl. Pour over the marinade and stir. Leave to taste for 30 minutes. Then place in a preheated 200 degree oven and bake for about 40-50 minutes or until the dish is ready. Stir the aubergines during baking.
