How To Cook Chicken Legs With Olives, Prunes And Honey Sauce With White Wine - Recipe

Required products :

  • 8 chicken legs
  • 5 cloves garlic
  • 15 grams of fresh oregano
  • 45 milliliters of wine vinegar
  • 100 grams of green olives
  • 60 grams of capers
  • 70 grams of prunes
  • 2 bay leaves
  • 120 milliliters of dry white wine
  • 15 grams of liquid honey

 

Method of preparation :

Put the legs in a glass, ceramic or plastic container and add the garlic, oregano, capers and bay leaves. Pour the vinegar, add the olives and prunes.

Mix the products, cover the dish with plastic wrap and leave for 1-2 days in the cold. Stir periodically.

Then transfer everything to a pan, pour a mixture of white wine and honey.

Place the dish in the oven (180 degrees), while cooking, spread the marinade on the legs. About 50 minutes of baking are enough.
