Necessary products

  • 8 skinless chicken legs
  • 350 grams of parsnips, cut into sticks
  • 2 onions, finely chopped
  • 300 milliliters of vegetable broth
  • 2 tablespoons mustard
  • 2 tablespoons honey
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 2-3 sprigs of thyme

 

Method of preparation

Heat half a tablespoon of olive oil in a large skillet. Fry the chicken inside until golden. Remove and set aside.

Add the remaining olive oil to the pan, pour the onion and fry for 4-5 minutes until soft. Return the chicken and add the chopped parsnips. 

In a small bowl, mix the broth with the mustard and honey. Pour them into the pan and stir. Season with thyme. Simmer for about 30 minutes until the chicken is completely cooked.

Serve the finished dish while it is warm. You can decorate it with a little fresh parsley. Enjoy your meal!
