Required products :

6 chicken legs (bottom)
2 tomatoes
300 grams broccoli
400 grams pasta
1.5 teaspoons water
3-4 tablespoons olive oil
cube chicken broth
spices to taste


Method of preparation :

Heat olive oil in a suitable pan and fry the legs in it under a lid until a golden crust forms on all sides (about 20 minutes).

Divide the broccoli into small inflorescences, cut the tomatoes into small cubes.

When the chicken is golden, add the vegetables, pour the water and add the cube of broth. Reduce heat to low, close the pan with a lid and let the legs simmer for 15 minutes.

Then add the pasta and add water, if necessary, to cover them with the liquid. Let simmer until ready (about 10-15 minutes). There will be very little broth left on the bottom.

You can serve the dish.
