How To Cook Chicken Legs With Red Potatoes And Green Onions - Recipe

We present you a delicious and different alternative to the classic recipe for chicken with potatoes, but generously flavored with spices and served in an unusual way.

Required products :

  • 3 tablespoons olive oil
  • 2 bunches of green onions
  • 16-20 sage leaves
  • 4 upper legs
  • 2 1/2 teaspoons salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 link thyme
  • 500 grams of red potatoes

Method of preparation :

Turn on the oven to preheat to 180 degrees and grease a pan with olive oil.

Distribute the green onions in one half of the baking dish and sprinkle with sage.

Season the chicken with salt and pepper and place it skin side up on the green onions.

Arrange the thyme sprigs in the empty half of the pan and arrange the washed potatoes on top, cut into large pieces (wash them well, but do not peel them). Season with salt and pepper. Drizzle the chicken and potatoes with the fat.

Bake for 30-35 minutes until the chicken and potatoes are cooked through.
