Required products :

  • 4-5 chicken lower legs
  • 1 cup rice (capacity 160 ml)
  • 1 small box of sweet corn
  • 1 carrot
  • 2 onions
  • 500 milliliters of water or broth
  • Bay leaf
  • left
  • oil
  • pepper


Method of preparation :

Wash, dry the legs, season with pepper, add salt.

 

Cut onions and pour into a pan with 2 tablespoons of hot oil. When the onion is almost ready, add the grated carrot to it.

Fry until the carrots are soft and then pour in the corn.

 

After a minute or two, add the rice and leave for about two minutes so that it can absorb the juice of onions, carrots and corn.

 

Transfer the mixture to a pan, arrange the legs on the surface, pour the products with hot water or broth, put a bay leaf for flavor and place the dish in the oven for 45-60 minutes at 180 degrees.
