Learn how to cook "Chicken legs with rice and mushrooms in cream with yellow cheese crust". Delicious recipe.

Required products :

  • 1.5 cups rice (raw)
  • 2 chicken legs
  • 100 grams of mushrooms (preferably mushrooms)
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • 200 milliliters of medium-fat cooking cream
  • 100 milliliters of chicken broth
  • 100 grams of yellow cheese (can be replaced with mozzarella or other suitable type)
  • 1 tablespoon chopped parsley
  • pepper
  • left

Method of preparation :

Boil the rice until ready (to be crumbly). Put the legs in a saucepan, fill them with water (enough to cover them), season with salt, pepper and cook them until ready (keep half a cup of broth).

Bone the meat, cut it into small pieces. Wash the mushrooms, turn them into thin plates and saturate the garlic.

Heat oil in a thick-walled pan and fry the garlic in it for a few minutes, then add the mushrooms and chicken. Season to taste and fry until mushrooms are cooked through (about 6-7 minutes).

Reduce heat to low, pour the cream into the pan, stir and then add a cup and a half of broth. Once the mixture boils, pour the rice into it, stir and leave the pan on the fire until the grains absorb all the sauce (about 7 minutes).

Transfer the contents of the pan to a pan and sprinkle generously with grated yellow cheese (you can use mozzarella or another suitable type of cheese).

Place in a preheated 190 degree oven and bake for about a quarter of an hour until a yellow coating forms on the surface of the dish.

Before serving, sprinkle with chopped fresh parsley.

Have a good time!
