Required products :
4 chicken legs
200 grams of mushrooms
4 - 5 carrots (depending on their size)
a few cloves of garlic
lemon peel
100 milliliters of white wine
parsley
Method of preparation :
Wash the legs well and make several incisions in which you put pieces of lemon peel and chopped garlic. Arrange in a pan, pour 100 milliliters of white wine (maybe a little water). Bake for 30 minutes at 200 degrees, then add the mushrooms, sliced carrots and turn the meat. Return to the oven until all products are fully cooked. When you remove the legs, sprinkle with chopped parsley and serve with white wine.
