How To Cook Chicken Liver And Mushroom Pate With White Wine - Recipe

Necessary products:

400 grams of chicken liver

olive oil

butter

1/2 glass (wine) white dessert wine

200 milliliters of cream with a fat content of 30%

spices: black pepper, nutmeg, salt

300 grams of mushrooms

1 small onion

1 clove garlic

Method of preparation:

Wash and clean the livers, dry them. Fry them in a mixture of olive oil and butter, pour the wine. Wait for the mixture to boil so that the wine evaporates. Add salt, add cream. Leave everything on low heat until it thickens. Then grind to a puree. Cut onions into cubes and mushrooms into tiles. Fry them together, finally add the garlic (ground) and salt to taste. Grind the mushrooms and onions (but do not grind too much) on the lowest level of the blender and mix them with the liver. Season with nutmeg and pepper, mix thoroughly. Pour the pate into a ceramic baking dish and place in the oven at 160 degrees for half an hour. The finished appetizer should stay in the refrigerator for two days before serving.
