How To Cook Chicken Liver Cake With Cottage Cheese And Garlic - Recipe

Required products :

500 grams of chicken liver
1 egg
300 grams of cottage cheese
100 milliliters of yogurt (the amount is approximate)
1-2 cloves garlic
2 tablespoons chopped parsley or other green spice
salt and other spices to taste
oil
grated boiled eggs for decoration

 

Method of preparation :

Wash the livers, then grind them with a blender. Add egg, salt and other spices to taste. Then bake a few "marshmallows" of the resulting "dough", putting a little of it in a greased pan. Prepare under a lid. So make 3-4 layers.

Add salt to the curd, add the crushed garlic cloves and beat with a blender until smooth. Then add the yogurt (determine the exact amount according to its density and the desired consistency of the filling). Add chopped parsley or other green spice. Stir.

Form a "cake", smearing each "marshmallows" with fragrant cottage cheese, then arrange them on top of each other.

Garnish the dish with grated boiled eggs and refrigerate for a few hours before serving.
