How To Cook Chicken Liver Casserole With Vegetables And Wine - Recipe

Required products :

500 grams of chicken liver
3-4 potatoes
3 carrots
3 stalks of celery
1 stalk of leek
1/2 head of old onion
100 grams of yellow cheese
1 tomato
3 tablespoons sour cream
broth of your choice or water
150 milliliters of dry wine
1-2 teaspoons sugar
parsley to taste

Method of preparation :

Cut the livers into pieces and fry briefly together with the finely chopped onion and spices. Add the wine and sugar.
Fry the chopped leeks and carrots in a little fat.
Cut the potatoes and celery into small pieces.
Distribute the products in pots, starting with a row of potatoes with celery, then liver and ending with carrots and leeks.
Pour in any hot broth or water, season to taste and sprinkle with grated cheese. Put a little cream on it (1 tablespoon in each pot) and cover with a thick circle of tomato.

Place in the oven and let the dish cook for 40-50 minutes at a temperature of 200 degrees.
