How To Cook Chicken Liver Meatballs With Potatoes And Garlic - Recipe

Required products :

500 grams of chicken liver

2 eggs

1 onion

1 tablespoon mayonnaise

1 teaspoon flour

1/2 cup fresh milk

1 potato

1 - 2 cloves garlic

black pepper and salt to taste

Method of preparation :

Clean and wash the livers, grind them. Add eggs, finely chopped onions, milk and mayonnaise. Stir.

Grate potatoes, add crushed garlic, salt, pepper, stir and pour over the liver.

It remains to add the flour, stir so as not to form lumps. Fry the meatballs from the mixture. You can also bake as pancakes, spread with mayonnaise and sprinkle with chopped parsley. If you stack them on top of each other, you will get a delicious liver cake.
