Required products :

450 grams chicken liver
1/2 onion
1/8 tea cup white wine
6 cloves garlic
1/2 tea cup low-fat sour cream
salt to taste

Method of preparation :

Finely chop the garlic and onion. Stew them for 2 minutes, then add the chicken livers and leave on the stove for about 10 minutes. Transfer the mixture to the bowl of a blender, pour the wine, add the cream and beat until smooth.

The pate is ready. Serve on toasted slices.
