Required products :
500 grams of chicken liver
300 grams of yellow cheese
10 grams of gelatin
150 grams of tomatoes
150 grams of carrots
150 grams of onion
parsley or other green spices of your choice
salt to taste
oil
Preparation :
Pour gelatin with 150 milliliters of cold boiled water and leave for an hour.
Finely chop the onion, dice the tomatoes, finely grate the raw carrots, and the yellow cheese as well.
Fry onions until golden in hot oil. Add the chicken liver to it, add salt to taste, fry for 10-15 minutes, then cool.
Put a bowl of gelatin on the stove and heat, but do not allow to boil. Cool slightly.
Using a meat grinder, grind the liver, add the carrots, half of the cooled gelatin and stir.
Mix the yellow cheese with the tomatoes and the chopped green spices. Add the remaining gelatin to this combination, stir.
Put half of the liver in a suitable container, flatten. Next is a row of yellow cheese and again a layer of liver. Refrigerate for 5-6 hours.
