Learn how to cook "Chicken liver salad with beets, avocado in sauce". Delicious recipe.
Required products :
2 medium heads red beets
1 tablespoon vegetable oil
400 grams chicken liver
1 avocado
juice of 1/2 lemon
salad dressing of your choice
For the sauce:
juice of 1 small lemon
1 tablespoon balsamic vinegar
1 tablespoon olive oil
1 tablespoon Dijon mustard seeds
1 teaspoon honey
salt and freshly ground black pepper to taste
Method of preparation :
Boil the beets, let them cool, peel them and cut into pieces.
Heat the oil and fry the chicken livers on both sides until cooked. Cut the avocado into pieces and sprinkle with lemon juice so that they do not darken.
Make the sauce. Add balsamic vinegar and olive oil to the lemon juice, then add the mustard, honey, salt and ground black pepper to taste. Mix everything.
Cover the bottom of a suitable plate with lettuce leaves and arrange the chicken livers. On them - beets, avocados and pour the prepared sauce.
