100 grams of cheese or mozzarella, can yellow cheese
lettuce

For the dressing:

1 tablespoon olive oil
1 tablespoon lemon juice
1 teaspoon liquid honey
1 tablespoon soy sauce
pinch of salt

Method of preparation :

Wash lettuce leaves under running water and dry them. Put on the bottom of a suitable plate or salad bowl.

Wash the livers well, clean them of skins and other unnecessary parts. Cut into two parts, dry and fry on both sides. It is important not to burn, but also not to absorb excess fat. They should remain juicy and soft.

Cut leeks into slightly thin circles.

The cheese - diced.

In a small bowl, mix the olive oil with the lemon juice, liquid honey and soy sauce. Add a pinch of salt and stir. The dressing is ready.

Place the livers on top of the lettuce leaves, followed by the leeks, grapes and cheese. Add salt and season with the resulting sauce.

Enjoy your meal!
