How To Cook Chicken Liver Salad With Mushrooms, Processed Cheese And Pickles - Recipe

Required products :

  • 450 grams of chicken liver
  • 200 grams of mushrooms
  • 3 eggs
  • 1-2 pickles
  • 1 carrot
  • onion head
  • melted cheese
  • mayonnaise


Method of preparation :

Boil the livers in salted water, add your favorite spices. When ready, wait for it to cool and grate on a coarse grater.

Cut the mushrooms thinly, fry them in oil. Cut onions into cubes, grate carrots.

First fry the onion, then add the carrot and leave the mixture on the stove until the vegetables are ready.

At the bottom of a suitable dish for serving salad put a row of chicken livers mixed with mayonnaise. On them the vegetable stuffing (without the fat), followed by the mushrooms combined with mayonnaise, and the fourth layer is made of melted cheese and mayonnaise. Arrange sliced ​​or grated boiled eggs on top, pour mayonnaise over them.

Cut the pickles into circles to decorate the finished salad.

Leave it for 2-3 hours and then serve.
