Required products :
250-300 grams of chicken liver
250-300 grams of mushrooms
1 onion
1/2 teaspoon fresh milk
1/2 teaspoon cooking cream
1-2 teaspoons flour
frying oil
spices to taste
Preparation :
Cut the livers into several pieces and fry them in hot oil until semi-finished.
Cut the onion, fry until translucent in a separate bowl and add the sliced mushrooms. Let them cook over medium heat until all the liquid has evaporated, then add the flour and stir. Then add the liver, pour the milk, cream, stir again gently and let the dish simmer for 5 minutes.
Season to taste.
You can serve it with a garnish of boiled long-grain rice with spices or with a salad of fresh vegetables.
