How To Cook Chicken Livers In Caramel Sauce From Honey And Red Wine - Recipe

Required products :

  • 300 grams of chicken liver
  • 1 tablespoon butter
  • 2 teaspoons honey (or powdered sugar)
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 50 milliliters of dry red wine
  • a little wine vinegar and salt to taste

 

Method of preparation :

Fry the livers on both sides and remove to a plate.

 

In the same pan pour the soy sauce, wine, vinegar and add honey. Let the sauce cook until a caramel liquid is obtained.

 

Then put the livers in it.

 

Once warm, serve.
