Necessary products:

 

  • 300 grams of chicken liver
  • 2 peeled carrots
  • 500 grams of boiled white beans
  • 200 grams of fresh spinach
  • 1 head of old onion
  • salt, black pepper, paprika
  • a few sprigs of fresh mint
  • 1 sprig of fresh rosemary
  • 2-3 cloves of garlic
  • 3 ripe tomatoes, peeled
  • oil for stuffing

 

Method of preparation:

 

Boil the chicken livers and fry them briefly. Drain and set aside. Fry finely chopped onions, carrots and spinach. Add the grated tomatoes, season with salt, black pepper and paprika to taste.

Add the garlic cloves, add the beans and pour 1 teaspoon of water or broth. Saturate the mint and add it to the dish together with the rosemary. Let the stew simmer on low heat for 40 minutes. Cool, pour into bowls and serve.
