Learn how to cook "Chicken livers with garlic and onion in aromatic sauce". Delicious recipe.
Required products :
500 grams of chicken liver (you can use another liver of your choice)
2 medium onions
3 cloves garlic
3 tablespoons starch
50 milliliters of oil
1/2 tablespoon salt
incomplete tablespoon ground red pepper
For the sauce:
5 tablespoons soy sauce
4 tablespoons tomato paste
2 tablespoons honey
Method of preparation :
Cut the livers into small pieces, put them in a suitable dish and sprinkle with starch, then with salt and red pepper, add the crushed garlic and pour the oil. Mix everything and deal with the sauce.
Mix the soy sauce with the tomato puree and honey. Pour half a cup of boiling water and stir.
Pour 1 tablespoon of oil in a pan and put the liver, let it bake on all sides. Then add the sliced onions and let everything simmer for 5 minutes.
Fill the livers with the prepared sauce, close the container with a lid and simmer for about 10 minutes on medium heat.
