Learn how to cook "Chicken livers with mushrooms and white wine". Delicious recipe.
Required products :
500 grams of chicken liver
500 grams of mushrooms of your choice
3 cm ginger root
3 cloves garlic a
few sprigs of parsley
100 milliliters of dry white wine
olive oil
salt to taste
Method of preparation :
Peel and wash the ginger, grate it. Fry with finely chopped garlic and add the mushrooms.
Let everything cook for 10 minutes, then pour the liver, pre-cut into 2-3 parts, parsley. 2-3 minutes later add salt to taste and pour the white wine.
Leave the products on the hob until the liquid evaporates. Then the dish is ready.
Serve with pickles.
