Required products :

  • 600 grams of chicken liver
  • 500 grams of sour cream with 20% fat
  • 1 onion
  • 20 grams of butter
  • pepper
  • left

 

Method of preparation :

Wash the livers and soak them for 20 minutes in fresh milk, if desired, because they will become even more tender in taste after cooking. Then cut them into pieces.
